I’m Staci Stanton. I coach busy women who are ready to stop starting over, and instead are ready to build a body and a lifestyle they can count on.

I didn’t grow up in gyms, on the field, or on the court. I found strength the hard way - balancing work, family, and the million curveballs that life throws you, just like you.
I know what if feels like to put yourself last. I also know what it feels like to reclaim your strength, inside and out.
Now, I help women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond build the systems, skills, and confidence they need to make health and fitness a sustainable part of their lives - without losing themselves in the process.

WHY I COACH THE WAY I DO
I didn’t become a coach because I loved fitness from the start. FAR from it. I've never been a natural athlete. I was the kid most likely to fail the President's Fitness Challenge each year in gym class. Run a mile? Hell no. Flexed arm hang? Wasn't happening. Sit ups? Maaaaybe.
If you had told me back then that I'd spend my adulthood loving movement and exercise and working with women to teach them how to build their own successful training and nutrition practices, I would have laughed out loud.
Like most women I knew, I'd go to the gym and hit the elliptical or the treadmill, banking those cardio minutes and dreading most every minute of it. I tried aerobics classes, spin classes - you name it, and I probably tried it. Sure, I was "burning calories", but my training had no direction or purpose, and as a result, the changes I was looking to create weren't happening.
I was stuck.
It wasn’t until I stopped chasing results and started finding purpose in the process that I was finally able to escape the cycle of starting and stopping.
Fitness changed my life - not becuase it made me smaller, but because it made me stronger. And now I help women cut through the noise to build real habits and learn to trust themselves again.
WHERE MY EXPERIENCE MEETS YOUR GOALS
I’ve been coaching women through strength training, nutrition, and transformation since 2012 - bringing real world experience, not just theory, to every client I work with.
My approach goes beyond “working out”. It’s about building strength that fits into your real life - so you can show up stronger, more capable, and more confident eery single day.
Over the years, I’ve earned certifications from Precision Nutrition, Renaissance Periodization, WellCoaches, NASM, Starting Strength, StrongFirst, and Brianna Battles.
But more important than any peice of paper is how I apply it:
I use barbell training, kettlebells, and progressive resistance to build effective and efficient programs that work for real women of every age, every stage, and every experience level.
I pair this with nutritional strategies that are based on your life, your goals, and your reality - helping build sustainable behaviors that fit the way you really live, and not some “best-case-scenario”.
After coaching women through every chapter of life, I know how to meet you exactly where you are, and help you move forward with strength, precision, and care.
